What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 18 months working experience in a factory environment preferred.
- Must possess proficient communication skills in the English language in reading, writing and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and decimal addition and subtraction.
- Must possess ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch.
- Ability to lift, bend, stand and twist over a long period of time.
- Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational and motivational skills.
- Ability to maintain diplomacy, confidentiality and tact essential, as individual has access to high levels of cost, design and company sensitive materials.
- Must be able to work with frequently changing priorities.
