Must be a graduate of a state certified Nurse’s Aide training program and in good standing with the State Board of Nursing in the state of licensure.
Experience with death or dying patients is helpful.
Current driver’s license, auto insurance and a dependable means of transportation
Able to communicate clearly in English verbally & in writing.
The ability to follow the CNA assignment which directs the frequency of care & care duties to be performed by assisting with day to day personal care for each patient
primarily focusing on comfort, hygiene, and daily living activities.
Document in care plan charting software & the ability keep Clinical Coordinator/ RN Manager of the condition
the patient.
