- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, risk management, math, statistics, or similar quantitative background
- At least two CAS exams passed with commitment to obtaining an ACAS/FCAS designation
- Minimum of 2 years in an actuarial role; experience in a consulting or brokerage capacity is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and preferred technical experience with Tableau, SQL, and/or Python
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear manner
- Ability to efficiently handle multiple complex tasks & projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & pro-actively take the lead on client requests
