Description

Job Summary: Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle in recruiting producers to drive firm growth. You will work closely with sales leadership and talent acquisition to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified, entrepreneurial producers aligned with our firm’s goals and values.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies, in partnership with Talent Acquisition, to identify, attract, and engage experienced insurance producers
  • Source potential candidates through various channels including recruiting platforms and industry referrals
  • Screen candidates to assess their book of business, carrier relationships, product knowledge, and cultural fit within the firm
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for the designated hiring team
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline of prospective producers across multiple verticals
  • Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates, industry associations, and internal partners to expand reach
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, division leads, and talent acquisition to ensure a seamless recruitment-to-placement experience
  • Effectively communicate the brokerage’s platform, compensation model, carrier access, service support, and growth opportunities to prospective producers
  • Track recruitment activity and performance metrics and present regular updates to sales leadership
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor recruiting practices
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 7+ years’ recruiting experience within the insurance brokerage or financial services industries is required
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM and recruitment platforms is required
  • Proven success in recruiting producers to include familiarity with producer transition processes and non-compete/solicit agreements is required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to efficiently handle multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks and projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
