Description

Job Summary: Responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks. Individual must be well organized and flexible.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support for management
  • Maintain calendars - requires interaction with both internal and external customers to coordinate a variety of meetings
  • Responsible for collecting sales data from Producers and following up to ensure data is in the system for timely reporting
  • Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communication
  • Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • File monthly expense reports for management
  • Arrange travel schedule and reservations for management
  • Ability to drive and run errands for executives
  • Partner with other Executive Assistants and provide back-up as needed including the front desk
  • Assist with invoicing
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Ability to interact with staff at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail & time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Salesforce experience preferred
