Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer, you will support our graphic design team by producing visually engaging designs that align with our brand identity. You will assist in the creation of digital, print, and event-related materials, helping to communicate our message effectively across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a motivated designer with a strong eye for detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Support: Create visuals, illustrations, and graphics for marketing materials, sales presentations, social media, and events.
  • Marketing Collateral: Produce assets such as brochures, one pagers, social posts, newsletters, advertisements, event signage, pitch decks, and web content.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a professional, cohesive look.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to bring concepts to life and implement feedback.
  • Learning & Growth: Stay curious about emerging design trends and new tools, incorporating them into your work as appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years of design experience (internships and freelance work welcome).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere Pro and After Effects a plus).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, for creating visually compelling presentations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and a desire to grow professionally.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to take feedback constructively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with guidance from senior team members.
  • Experience with motion graphics/video editing is a plus but not required.
  • Insurance industry knowledge is a plus but not required.
