QUALIFICATIONS:
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, carpentry, and general building maintenance practices.
- Problem-Solving:
- Ability to diagnose issues quickly and efficiently to determine the best course of action for repairs.
- Physical Ability:
- Capability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Customer Service:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with tenants, address concerns, and provide updates on repair status.
- Time Management:
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple work orders, and meet deadlines.
- Valid Driver's License:
- Reliable transportation to travel to and from properties.
Physical Requirements and work environment:
- Ability to lift 50 100 lbs. following appropriate safety procedures.
- Work in an upright standing position for extended periods of time.
- Crawl in small and tight spaces.
- Work in different environmental working conditions (e.g., heat, cold, wind, rain).
- Walk and climb stairs, handle, finger, grasp and feel objects and equipment; Reach with hands and arms; Communicate, receive and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word.
- Ability to navigate the property/building quickly and easily as required to meet the job functions.
- Repeat various motions with the wrists, hands and fingers.
- Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalency. Requires a minimum of two (2) years general experience in building trades
- Bilingual preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

COMPENSATION: $18.00 - $20.00/Hour (Based on experience) salary plus 5% quarterly bonus and 20% housing discount
