This position is responsible for assisting in the cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of the facility. The Night Custodian assists in routine and preventative maintenance, sanitation, and cleaning of all equipment within the facility, as well as general cleaning and upkeep of the facility itself. You are also a team player – driven by pride in your work and smiles on your coworker’s faces.
• Keep assigned areas, such as offices, commercial spaces, industrial spaces, or institutional buildings, in clean and orderly condition
• Work successfully with fellow employees, clients, and all levels of the organization
• Expected to understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written; and explain how to complete a task using basic communication skills
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Maintain clean work area
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules

• Fill in during staff shortage
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
