Job Requirements:
Â
- Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent relevant experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
- Proficiency with enterprise accounting/ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, GP).
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially excel, word, and outlook.
- Customer service experience with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively with customers and vendors.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Typical office environment with standard working hours.
- Minimal physical exertion, primarily sedentary work with occasional movement around the office.
