Position Summary: We are seeking a fundraising professional who is confident, self-assured, proactive to be our Development Project Manager (DPM). The DPM will oversee individual giving across fundraising channels, annual appeals, events, volunteer management, and peer-to-peer fundraising.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Stellar writing skills; clear and persuasive verbal communication skills
- Evidence of commitment to the work of the non-profit sector
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace
- Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people
- Prior development experience, with a focus on annual giving, corporate sponsorship; solicitation, event planning, and/or individual donor solicitation
- Action-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and innovative in thinking and solutions approach
- Ability to set and achieve strategic objectives
- Excellent computer and research skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Knowledge of Neon CRM, not required, but a plus
- The ideal candidate has fundraising experience and a passion for the work of FSRI.Â
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- A criminal record check is required
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
- Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay.
