Position Summary: Performs oversight of clinical aspects of Medical Nutrition Therapy Program. Additionally, under the supervision of the Program Coordinator, performs rapid HIV and hepatitis C testing services.

 

Qualifications:

  • Possession of Licensed Dietician Nutritionist or Registered Dietician license.
  • Ability to review clinical nutrition systems.
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to LGBTQ clients, racial and ethnic minorities, those living with HIV/AIDS and/or substance abuse.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of automobile insurance, and ability to drive to other HIV service provider agencies as needed.
  • Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
  • Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay.

 Physical Requirements: Employees in this position must have the ability to:

  • Travel to and from community locations and agency sites, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators.
  • Follow professional dress codes of both FSRI and primary health care sites.
  • Ability to use Personal Protective Equipment as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
