Position Summary: Works as part of a dedicated team providing trauma-informed clinical treatment to children. Provides trauma-informed diagnostic assessments and clinical counseling services for children, youth and their caregivers in the community, home, and in the office. Utilizes evidence-based practices such as Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and Trauma Systems Therapy. Collaborates on cases with case managers and other service providers to ensure best client care. Provides emergency crisis intervention/assessment as needed.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc.) required
- Required to be licensed or eligible to be licensed in Rhode Island as a Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist or Mental Health Counselor
- Desire to work with children ages 2-8Â
- Public Speaking skills Â
- Must show ability to facilitate trainings with trauma informed practice Â
- Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs
- Spanish Speaking required and is compensated
- Flexible schedule with some eveningsÂ
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills a must
- Ability to work independently and part of a team  Â
- Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
- Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay.
