Position Summary: The Clinical Director of Housing and Economic Mobility is an integral member of the Health Division leadership team. Primary responsibility for providing clinical and administrative supervision, leadership and oversight of assigned staffs and programs. Staff is responsible for reaching target budgetary, programmatic and contractual goals. This position will also assist in grant writing and develop funding opportunities. Represents the program and organization at internal and external committees, meetings, and advocacy efforts. Participation in the agency emergency response on-call rotation.

 

Qualifications:

  • Independently licensed clinician in the behavioral health field.
  • Experience in the housing field required.
  • Strong project management and program development skills, as well as experience working collaboratively with community providers and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand a variety of billing and funding streams.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred. FSRI values staff with bilingual language capacity and familiarity with the local community they will be serving.  FSRI includes pay incentives for bilingual staff.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support assigned programs and organizational needs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (e.g., funding proposals, program materials, reports, position papers, policy documents, public presentations, etc.) preferred.
  • Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
  • Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay.

 

Physical Requirements: This position requires office and other community visits.  Employees in this position must have the ability to:

  • Travel to and from community locations and office sites, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators
  • Lift up to 20 pounds
  • Work a flexible schedule
