Valet Attendant

Lone Star Valet is seeking courteous, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Hotel Valet Attendants. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, and providing a high level of customer service that reflects the standards of the hotel and our organization. This position is ideal for candidates who possess a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests with professionalism and warmth upon arrival and departure
• Open doors and assist with luggage or other belongings as needed
• Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and timely manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company procedures
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of vehicle key tags and valet tickets
• Manage valet area traffic flow and direct vehicles appropriately
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, directions, and local attractions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional valet area at all times
• Return promptly to the valet stand after each task to remain available for the next guest
• Exhibit professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service in all interaction

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred but not required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stand, run, and work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods
• Dependable with reliable transportation
• Previous valet, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
