Lone Star Valet is seeking courteous, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Hotel Valet Attendants. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, and providing a high level of customer service that reflects the standards of the hotel and our organization. This position is ideal for candidates who possess a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests with professionalism and warmth upon arrival and departure
- Open doors and assist with luggage or other belongings as needed
- Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and timely manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company procedures
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of vehicle key tags and valet tickets
- Manage valet area traffic flow and direct vehicles appropriately
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, directions, and local attractions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional valet area at all times
- Return promptly to the valet stand after each task to remain available for the next guest
- Exhibit professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service in all interaction
- Available Shifts:
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Days vary)
- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Days vary)
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Days vary – higher hourly base rate)
