Manager Title: Clinic Administrator

Job Summary: To provide quality patient centered care in a manner that is consistent with the mission of the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Obtains vital signs and performs routine patient intake, documenting appropriately.
- Directs patient flow. Assists other staff in need of assistance to maintain patient flow.
- Performs and documents basic patient history, treatments and administered medications appropriately.
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments as directed by the provider following PCC policies and procedures.
- Maintains accurate medical records and reports to the nurse any pertinent information regarding the patients condition and care.
- Keeps providers informed of changes in assignments or patient flow that will affect working conditions.
- Performs laboratory and diagnostic tests as ordered by the provider.
- Ensures exam rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and materials. Orders medical supplies under supervision of the Clinic Administrator.
- Performs and records quality control checks on specific medical equipment, office diagnostic tests following established protocol as directed.
- Maintains patient confidentiality.
- Maintains a neat and orderly clinical work area.
- Observes PCC policies, procedures, and safety practices.
- Follows PCC customer service guidelines and protocols.
- Drive continual quality improvement through participation in organizational quality improvement efforts that may include but are not limited to patient satisfaction, clinical and operational quality improvement initiatives.
- Provides other related duties as assigned by Clinic Administrator.
