PWS Title: Senior Subject Matter Expert Science & Technology Tactical Information & Analysis

Location: Fort Bragg, NC

Clearance Type: Top Secret

Responsibilities:

• Support SGM and Deputy Tech Targeting as S&T/TIA SME, providing engineering and acquisition expertise for the SOF tactical Information & Analysis community.
• Prepare and develop requirements documentation (ICDs, CDDs, SPECAT, BOIPs, Test Plans, project folders).
• Support the Next Generation Identification and Awareness (NGIA) portfolio (Technical Surveillance, Technical Exploitation, Next Generation Targeting, Influence Activities), covering testing, programming, labor, and execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years in advanced sensing, biometrics, data fusion, information architectures, software development, systems integration, or autonomous systems/edge computing, including 3–5+ years supporting tactical ISR or SOF S&T efforts.
• Background in stand-off biometric systems, remote sensor emplacement/control, and data fusion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience architecting and integrating multi-sensor information systems at the edge.
