Required Educational Qualifications:
- PhD, EdD, or clinical doctorate in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, Health Sciences, Exercise Physiology or related discipline

Required Skills and Experience:
- Teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level
- Ability to engage and motivate students through interactive and applied learning methods.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, balancing teaching, mentoring, and service responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with students, faculty, and external stakeholders.
- Available to maintain a regular presence on campus, including holding office hours, attending meetings and university events
- Ability to build rapport with students, faculty, and staff; willingness to collaborate effectively in a diverse academic environment
 Preferred Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of full-time faculty experience instructing undergraduate/graduate students
- Technological proficiency, including experience with learning management systems (LMS - Blackboard Ultra) virtual teaching tools, and digital assessments.
- Curriculum development in health sciences
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certified
- CPR/AED/FIRST AID Instructor Certified – Red Cross
