Herrman & Herrman Law Firm is looking for intake specialist to deliver an exceptional customer service experience to our prospective clients. Intake specialist MUST be able to speak, read and write in Spanish and English.
When someone is injured or a victim of a personal injury, they call our firm to help.
When prospects call, they are in an emotional volatile place. Our intake specialist are the first line of support to “take callers by the hand” and walk them through our intake process, so they can get the help and support they need. Herrman & Herrman Law Firm is looking for an intake specialist with exceptional telephone skills.
- Someone who looks and sounds professional at all times.
- Someone who is confident and will let callers know they called the right law firm.
- Someone who can be empathetic and sympathetic to injured callers.
- Someone with exceptional phone and sales skills.
- Someone with a drive to succeed.
We are NOT looking for.
- Someone to come to work every day to just sit and answer phones.
- Someone that cannot work unsupervised or as a team player
- Someone with a bad attitude when phones are busy.
- Someone with no confidence in themselves or our firm
This is a full time position. Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday. We offer a competitive starting wage and benefits that include health, dental & vision insurance and PTO policy after a 90 day probationary period. After one year, employees are eligible to participate in our 401k Plan. In addition to competitive wages, there are opportunities to make bonuses.
