The Assistant to the President directly supports the president of The Posse Foundation. The Assistant to the President oversees day-to-day tasks of the President and manages both short and long term to-do lists. The Assistant to the President will help the president to maintain professional contacts and networks, keep and manage schedule and calendar, arrange travel, process expense reports, draft correspondence, support communications and project follow-up between the senior team and the president; and field phone calls. The position includes management and execution of special projects, research, and relationship-building responsibilities. The Assistant to the President will serve and communicate with the national and advisory boards, set meeting dates, track communications, maintain board files, take minutes, prepare board packages, and manage quarterly board meetings. The Assistant to the President will also develop and maintain databases and files, oversee preparation and proper execution of contracts and be responsible for official paperwork. **RESUME AND COVER LETTER REQUIRED**
