What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Own the First Impression: Greet every customer with confidence and energy.
2. Sell Like a Pro: Promote our Unlimited Wash Memberships and turn one-time visitors into loyal fans.
3. Be the Expert: Explain our premium packages like the Magic Value Plan (MVP), Paint Protect, Super Shine, and Basic Bright so well that they can’t say no.
4. Continue to Develop: Utilize sunny days for on-the-ground 1:1 coaching and rainy days for training in our Learning Management System (LMS).
5. Drive Results: Hit your goals, help the team hit theirs, and get paid doing it.
6. Look Sharp: Maintain a clean, professional appearance because you represent the brand.

Compensation & Perks:

• $12/hr base pay + $3 commission per membership
• $13/hr base pay + $3 commission per membership
• No cap on commissions means your hustle = your paycheck

Qualifications:

• Sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus, but if you’ve got the attitude and the personality, we’ll teach the rest.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and engaging customers directly.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
