Job Summary 

The Marketing Director role is a key role in organizing and amplifying marketing efforts, campaigns, and opportunities within our corporate partners and programs and fundraising programs to increase brand awareness for the organization.  They collaborate closely with the communications and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that enhance partner engagement, raise general awareness, and drive fundraising through various channels.  This role s new opportunities to amplify the CMN brand through new channels. 

 

Core Duties 

  1.  Marketing Plan Development and Execution – Develop and execute marketing plans for top tier partners/programs in an assigned portfolio. 
  2. Brand Position Strategy and Effectiveness – Implement marketing plans that promote CMN brand awareness and fundraising opportunities and analyze and report on brand effectiveness to the business through wrap reports and campaign/event reviews. 

  3. Stakeholder Engagement - Lead cross-functional work teams and act as project manager to execute corporate partner campaigns, corporate programs, and community programs.  

  4. Strategic Marketing Support – Seek out collaboration opportunities and provide strategic support on campaign planning and other marketing opportunities to maximize fundraising. 

 

Additional Duties  

  1.  Portfolio Relationship Management – Build relationships with external marketing contacts to actively seek opportunities to expand our brand’s visibility. 
  2. Horizon Scanning – Stay up to date on latest market, partner, and industry trends that may impact marketing and fundraising opportunities.  

  3. Resource Creation Alignment – Align resource creation with internal and cross-functional team members to mitigate redundancy. 

  4. Process Optimization – Leverages technology to find efficiencies and support multiple needs at any given time. 

  5. Event Planning, Attendance, and Delivery – Attend and support key partner and program events. 

*The salary range/band for this position is $78,750 to $105,000. Most new hires start between $78,750-$90,000 based on experience and internal equity.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field 

 

Experience 

  • 5 years' experience in Marketing, Relationship Management, and Project Management. 

  • Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. 

  • Relationship building, communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills to navigate complex needs and meet deadlines. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

Experience 

  • Experience with CMN Hospitals, its partners, programs, communities, or member hospitals. 

  • Experience with a marketing agency.

Job Location: This role is eligible to be a remote position but employment is only available to individuals living in the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY. Currently, we limit eligible states for new remote positions to those where we already have established operations.
