What You’ll Do
Recruitment & Hiring:
- Develop and implement recruitment plans tailored to the caregiver workforce needs.
- Conduct interviews, ensuring new hires meet Abrio’s quality-of-care criteria.
- Facilitate the hiring process, guiding applicants through onboarding and training.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Conduct background checks, reference calls, and administer pre-employment screenings.
- Ensure all new hires complete required documentation, training, and fingerprint clearance.
- Schedule and oversee training programs, including certification renewals and continuing education.
- Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers, ensuring they feel supported.
- Monitor employee performance and assist with evaluations, coaching, and career development.
- Address staffing challenges, participate in on-call rotations, and provide direct care as needed.
- Operational Excellence & Workforce Development:
- Keep detailed, up-to-date employee records in both digital and physical formats.
- Support payroll processing by reviewing time tracking and compliance reports.
- Act as a liaison between employees, funding source agencies, and families.
- Participate in recruitment outreach, including job fairs, community events, and partnerships with educational programs.
- Technologically Savvy (Google Outlook, PDF documents, PowerPoint)
- Office equipment knowledge

Requirements & Working Conditions
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Bilingual English & Spanish - Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Must be eligible to drive and meet insurance guidelines.
- Comfortable working on-call rotations and occasional weekends.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical assistance.
- Must pass a criminal background check and fingerprint clearance.

Schedule:
Full-time, Salaried, exempt position may include other administrative duties as assigned, schedule flexibility, and an on-call rotation.
Hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, may vary depending on need.
Salary Range: $43,000 to $45,000 / year
