Job Duties:
- Maintain assigned work area clean at all times (sweep, mop, clear of dirt, etc.)
- Ensure all food items are properly covered and stored at required temperatures (cold-cold; hot-hot)
- Prepare food as needed.
- Follow management directions and promote teamwork.
- Assist and participate with Company marketing promotional events and programs as needed
- And all other assigned job duties.
Job Requirements:
- Must obey all State and Federal guidelines regarding food handling procedures and safety policies.
- Wear clean complete uniform at all times: black pants, white collar dress shirt and solid black tie OR (optional ) Vallarta shirt, black non-slip shoes, hair net/Vallarta hat, and clean apron.
- Wear safety glove when using knives.
Wash hands frequently (at least every 20 minutes) with hot water and anti-microbial soap from elbows down for no less than 20 seconds
