Position: Full-time - 30-40 hours/week, Part-time - 20-29 hours/week, non-exempt (hourly)
Compensation: An Advance Practice Provider (APP) joining a Family Care Network (FCN) Urgent Care Center, will receive an hourly rate in the range of $55 - $80 per hour, with placement in the range determined based upon experience. The APP will also be eligible to participate in a productivity bonus program. Upon satisfactory completion of the two-year Associate period, the APP may become eligible for membership and receive approval to become a Member Provider at FCN.

Essential Functions: Family Care Network is seeking an experienced ARNP/PA-C to join our team. We are looking for a qualified, motivated individual with a passion for family medicine who can:
- Utilize clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills to deliver safe, effective and therapeutic care
- Communicate effectively to all members of the care team
- Provide excellent customer service at all stages of patient care
- Assess patient health; perform physical examinations; obtain, update, and study medical histories; administer or order diagnostic tests; and interpret the results
- Perform therapeutic procedures by administering injections and immunizations, suturing, and managing wounds
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of patient care in the EMR
