This role will serve as a resource for the Pleasant Prairie, WI Finance/Accounting team. Key responsibilities include providing accounting support through processing of daily business sales transactions, performing accounts payable activities and assisting with the maintenance of customer price updates. This position reports directly to the Pleasant Prairie Controller.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Daily execution of sales invoicing transactions
- Maintain customer Sales Tax and Use Certificates
- Accounts Payable assistance for Spectrum’s Costa Rica location
- Provide backup for local AP functions
- Assist with customer price updates related to market changes
- Perform ad hoc tasks as needed to support accounting department
- Helps ensure financial integrity of results by adhering to site and corporate policies, including SOX compliance.
