EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
A minimum 5 years work experience in a document management role. Must possess a working knowledge of document control processes Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) is required. Background knowledge in an ERP system (preferably IQMS is a plus). Excellent written and oral communication skills and a strong attention to detail are required. Strong organizational skills are desired. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
