Poker Cashier:

Hourly wage PLUS TIPS

• Accurately balances assigned bank.
• Makes exchanges of currency, coins and money equivalents with customers in a courteous and timely manner.
• Checks all bills for counterfeiting.
• Cashes out customer poker chips in accordance with internal controls and department procedures.
• Is held accountable for accuracy and thoroughness to ensure accurate departmental records and reports.
• Provides professional and positive guest interactions.
• Provides excellent customer service to all guests.
• Advises Floor Representative or a Casino Operations Supervisor of any customer service issues.
• All other duties assigned.

Cage Cashier:

Hourly wage PLUS TIPS

•  Accurately balances assigned bank.
•  Makes exchanges of currency, coins and money equivalents with customers in a courteous and timely manner.
•  Checks all bills for counterfeiting.
•  Cashes out customer slot tickets in accordance with internal controls and department procedures.
•  Assists other cage cashiers as necessary.
•  Is held accountable for accuracy and thoroughness to ensure accurate departmental records and reports.
•  Must provide excellent customer service to all patrons.
•  Advises cash handling supervisors of any high level customer service issues.
•  Is required to work with floor attendants to cash out jackpots.
•  All other duties assigned.

• High School Diploma.
• 1+ years of previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English in both verbal and written form.
• Must have keen attention to detail and the ability to correct mistakes.
• Basic computer skills are required or the ability to learn.
• Must be able to work flexible hours to include night, weekends and holidays.
