Job Summary:
The Senior Analyst – Marketing Analytics & Insights is the primary data partner for the Marketing organization. You will spend the bulk of your time capturing, analyzing, and visualizing channel and customer performance, then distilling those findings into clear stories that drive campaign strategy and budget decisions. In addition, you’ll support franchise-level sales analytics—monitoring sales, car count, ticket, and same-store metrics—so marketing insights stay firmly connected to overall business results. As go-to analyst, you’ll work independently, use modern AI tools to accelerate tasks, and grow into greater visibility with leadership over time. This position is hybrid or remote.
Essential Duties:
- Build, automate, and maintain the Marketing KPI “CMO Dashboard” plus ~10–20 recurring digest reports, ensuring data accuracy, on-time refreshes, and intuitive self-service access for stakeholders.
- Deep-dive channel and customer performance (email/CRM, paid search & social, programmatic, direct mail, etc.) and turn insights into actionable recommendations for acquisition and retention teams.
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to evaluate promotions, discounts, and pricing initiatives, linking marketing performance to unit-level sales results.
- Translate business questions into testable hypotheses, design and execute A/B tests in MarketDial, and communicate causal insights and next-step guidance to decision makers.
- Provide franchise-level sales analytics (~15–20 % of workload) focused on sales, car count, ticket, same-store, and return-rate KPIs, ensuring marketing insights remain connected to overall business health.
- Automate recurring data digests and anomaly alerts that surface “why did performance change?” answers before stakeholders need to ask.
- Craft clear, compelling data stories—in decks, dashboards, and live meetings—that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences and drive action.
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a similar data driven role.
