Responsibilities - The Primary job of the Event Producer includes but is not limited to:
- Inspire & guide clients in shaping their event vision to a final contract that aligns with the company standards and profitability
- Balance client expectations through the planning process with operational deliverables
- Manage event contracts, including rentals, diagrams, menus, decor, and other specific event details
- Attend weekly BEO meetings and department meetings
- Conduct and lead private and group culinary previews
- Responsible for final BEOs and all details for smooth handoff for event execution
- Nurtures and maintains existing & new client relationships
- Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure overall event success
- Develop menus with clients alongside our Culinary Team
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication and conflict resolution on client deliverables
- Develop high level understanding of our exclusive and off-premise venues
- Conduct site visits and final walkthroughs
- Lead onsite event setup and support day-of execution as needed
- Work on-site event management shifts as needed
- Upsell internal décor options to enhance client experiences
- Any additional tasks as needed to support the team and event success
