This is a part time variable position with evening and weekend requirements

Responsibilities: The Primary job of the Bar Supervisor includes but is not limited to:
- Ensure smooth bar operations and high-quality customer service.
- Be 100% familiar with the bar manuals and SOP’s and know where to find them to share with others
- Checking in and leading bar staff in pre-shift meetings and training
- Delegating event tasks to appropriate team members and holding them accountable to responsibilities and checklists
- Collaborating on event management with Front and Back of House supervisors
- Ensuring that clients and guests timelines are managed correctly, and all contracted services are delivered during events
- Manage the POS system and beverage entering process for both hosted and cash bars
- Post-event cleanup and organization
- Submitting event reports with thoughtful professional feedback within 24 hours of event
