**Must be in Miami area or open to relocation for a fully in-person role in our Downtown Miami office**

Responsibilities include:
 

• The Customer Support Specialist works collaboratively with the Product Development teams to provide high-tech, high-touch customer service solutions for the professionals and offices leveraging the GoTu platform
• Proficiently educate customers on the operation of our platform and troubleshoot their technical issues with empathy, ensuring a comprehensive grasp of their individual needs and concerns as well as handling the day to day requests from customers utilizing our platform. 
• Assess and prioritize customer concern, making decisions efficiently to address the most critical matters first.
• Resilient in a fast-paced environment, ensuring effective decision-making and performance.
• Assess ambiguous situations in light of relevant rules and policies that may guide the decision-making process
