We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Enterprise Development Manager (EDM) to own, grow, and expand a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients. Each client is a multi-layered organization with corporate leadership, regional executives, and individual office locations. Your mission is to deepen relationships across the organization, expand adoption, and grow revenue while proactively monitoring client health and driving full rollouts.

Key Responsibilities
- Own of a portfolio of enterprise clients acting as the primary relationship manager and being accountable for portfolio growth.
- Consistent Growth and Retention: Demonstrate steady and measurable increases in usage and revenue across assigned DSOs, ensuring long-term success and fostering account development through continuous engagement and support.
- Deep Client Relationships: Establish trusted, long-lasting relationships with DSO managers and executives. Build rapport that positions you as a key point of contact for critical client decisions.
- Drive Client Rollouts: Execute our implementation process across clients to ensure smooth, organization wide adoption across all layers of the client organization.
- Proactive Communication: Anticipate potential issues and proactively address them before they escalate. Regularly follow up to ensure resolution and maintain transparent communication with clients and internal teams to align expectations.
- Meticulous Documentation: Keep CRM records up-to-date with detailed notes, accurate org charts, and well-maintained client histories, enabling seamless transitions between teams and effective account management even during periods of absence.
- Collaborative Reputation: Actively collaborate with internal teams (e.g., RAMs, marketing, and support) to drive innovation, solve problems, and develop cohesive strategies to serve clients better. Share insights that benefit the broader team and drive collective success.
- Strategic Thinking: Continuously identify new growth opportunities, including new offices or services, and strategically position these opportunities for client success. Actively contribute to the implementation of high-impact initiatives that align with GoTu’s long-term goals.
