Description

We are recruiting students for our 2026 summer term intern program. These internships are paid and run full-time from May 18 through July 31, 2026. We are explicitly looking for undergraduate or graduate-level students actively enrolled in an accredited college program of Electrical or Mechanical or a related field. This role plays a pivotal role in sustaining and growing our base business, which includes Direct Accounts, Distribution and Integration Channel Partners, and Engine OEMs. As the primary technical and business representative for a defined customer base, the TSE is responsible for understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities, and aligning them with Enovation Controls’ comprehensive suite of products and solutions.

This role blends deep technical knowledge with strong customer-facing skills to support both new business development and ongoing relationship management. TSEs work across internal departments—such as Product Management, Marketing, and Applications Engineering—to deliver customized solutions and ensure long-term customer success.

The internship assignments are designed to provide the students with real-life work experience and training in the day-to-day activities of a manufacturing facility. Our internships are part of our recruiting strategy to attract and retain highly qualified talent.
