The Program Manager ensures successful business operations by prioritizing safety, project execution, contractual obligations, and financial performance to deliver optimal services to customers while maintaining profitability.
Essential Functions
- Manage customer contracts by ensuring compliance, accurate billing, and strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the Business Unit Director to improve financial performance, analyze reports, and identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Provide direction to Lead Project Managers, ensure customer requirements are understood, remove project management obstacles, and support development planning and execution.
- Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships, both new and existing.
- Establish and lead the Constructability team, develop processes and tools, align capabilities with customer needs, and provide training.
- Ensure accurate capture of required hours and alignment with business unit strategy.
- Provide insights on project margins and risks to executive leadership for successful job proposal submissions.
- Attend and conduct weekly team huddles with leadership, peers, and direct reports.
- Attend weekly planning meetings for Business Unit groups.
- Participate in internal and customer project update calls.
