Job Purpose:
- The Ice Arena Concessions Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food for the ImOn Arena concessions and suites, ensuring a high standard of service and quality for guests. This role is essential in maintaining the operational efficiency and customer satisfaction at the arena, contributing to the overall success of the events hosted by Dubuque Racing Association Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items for ImOn Arena concessions and suites, adhering to established recipes and quality standards.
- Stock and maintain work areas, ensuring that all necessary supplies and ingredients are readily available for efficient operation.
- Follow all sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment, complying with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure proper food temperatures are maintained during preparation and serving to guarantee food safety and quality.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, following all operational guidelines and safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and work areas, including washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste appropriately.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall team effort and success of the concessions operations.
