Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a call center or customer service environment, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Proven experience with scheduling, workforce management, and performance tracking in a high-volume call center.

Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, workforce management tools, and call center software.
Licenses, Registrations, and Certifications
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional call center setting and requires on-site presence in Boyers, PA. The Program Manager interacts daily with staff, government personnel, and CNS corporate representatives.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, on-site position in Boyers, PA.

Standard hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM ET (some flexibility required based on call volume or staffing needs).
