The Enrollment Support and Institutional Events Coordinator is a full-time, cross-functional role that provides critical support in two key areas of the Seminary's operations: institutional event planning and prospective student engagement. This position is responsible for coordinating Wesley Theological Seminary’s campus-wide events, both on- and off-site, and supporting the Office of Admissions through student outreach, CRM management, and recruitment logistics.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working across departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of events and enrollment processes.
Institutional Event Coordination Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and execute Seminary events on campus, in the community, at external venues, and virtually.

Serve as the central coordinator for institutional events, collaborating with departments such as the Office of the President, Development, Community Life, and Academics.

Coordinate logistics including venue reservations, catering, audio-visual needs, signage, and materials.
