Qualifications

Manager of Clinical Services Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters)
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • 2+ years of hospice or home health clinical experience required
  • 2+ years of supervisory or management experience required
  • Oversee coordination of patient care and assign appropriate staff to each case
  • Support clinicians with real-time guidance, mentoring, and clinical problem-solving
  • Conduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits to ensure high-quality care
  • Manage hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of clinical staff
  • Assist in ongoing staff education, orientation, and performance improvement efforts
  • Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance

The starting salary range for this role is $90,000-$100,000 annual base salary.  This range is a good faith estimate; we may pay more or less than the posted range, and this range may be modified in the future.  Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs.  The total compensation package for this position may also include the opportunity to participate in employee benefits including our medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) retirement plans, subject to applicable plan terms, and/or eligibility for other compensation.
