The Service BDC Representative will provide an elevated experience to our service customers. The position is especially important to our business, as you will provide critical information and assist our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in learning about the automotive business, leading to future growth as a service advisor or a sales position.
Roles/responsibilities-Â
- - Place outbound calls and answer incoming service phone calls, advising customers on repair status, scheduling of service appointments and   reminders of services due
- -Maintains and communicates basic knowledge of company services (labor rates, service pricing on basic services (I.e., oil changes, tire rotation, New York State Inspections, warranty information, vehicle maintenance schedule, etc.
- -Provides support to the service team and management with a variety of support responsibilities (I.e., scanning, filing, using deferred services list to try and capture potential lost sales)
- -May assist with completing documentation, checking on special order parts and schedule those customers in, and other duties as needed.
