Salary:Â $19/hr + Commission + Tips!
Primary Purpose:
The Senior Beauty Advisor has prior experience in beauty, personal care, cosmetology, esthetics, or retail roles with other beauty brands. This position holds a central role in our team. They wield their extensive expertise in skincare products to drive sales growth, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and cultivate a culture of excellence among team members. This role is pivotal in achieving our store's sales goals and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
We are looking for Sr. Beauty Advisors to join our team at our Universal CityWalk location!
Key Responsibilities:

Drive top-line store sales by leveraging in-depth knowledge of skincare products and effectively engaging with customers to meet their needs.

Demonstrate expert-level understanding of skincare merchandise, enhancing both personal and team-wide proficiency.

Collaborate on setting sales goals, track individual performance, and contribute innovative ideas to optimize store productivity.

Inspire, support, and mentor team members to excel in sales and customer service.

Conduct training sessions for new associates to ensure a knowledgeable and skilled workforce.

Ensure smooth and efficient transactions at the point of sale, providing a seamless customer experience.

Be willing and able to travel between locations in Las Vegas to fulfill job duties effectively.

Maintain flexibility in schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with predominantly working a 12 pm - 8 pm shift.
