- A minimum of 2 years’ banking experience is required.
- Understanding/working knowledge of TRID closing disclosures is strongly preferred.
- Experience with document prep strongly preferred.
- Proven knowledge of loan information systems, particularly Laser Pro is strongly preferred.
- Hands on experience in the processing of various loans to include commercial, consumer and mortgage.
- Demonstrated decision-making.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Ability to provide prompt service and timely decisions within a fast-paced environment, managing changing deadlines.
- Proven ability to interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner to provide exceptional customer service.
- Must be a team player and able to work with individuals across the bank.
- Collaborative approach to business solutions.
- Outstanding motivation and drive for team excellence.
