WORKING CONDITIONS
- Majority of work performed on project sites, often in office trailers or existing structures.
- Due to changing site conditions, personal protective equipment (PPE) is required as outlined in Steelworks’ safety policies.
- May require relocation or travel based on project assignments.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Equivalent field experience may be considered.
- 6–10 years of progressive leadership experience in construction, with a strong preference for structural steel or industrial projects.
- Preconstruction experience (1–2 years) preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Procore, CMiC, or similar).
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
