- US citizen or lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years with an ability to obtain Public Trust level clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Salesforce Administrator certification and the ability to gain the Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification within the first year.
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture and environment management.
- Understanding of tools related to Salesforce DevOps, including version control, data migration, and metadata management.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
