- US citizen or Authorized to Work and lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years. Must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and pass a government Public Trust.
- Associate degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience or bachelor’s degree (nursing, medical, public health or legal degree preferred) with minimum 2 years of experience leading medical billing, coding, claims review, or similar processes in healthcare.
- Knowledge of healthcare payer/provider negotiations
- Proven ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills
- Proven ability to demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to adhere to highly specific technical guidelines and processes
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate within a team
- Ability to understand and maintain federal security and privacy standards
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Experience in federal contracting a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
