Job Summary:
RealManage is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Onsite IT Administrator to provide comprehensive technical support and maintain the IT infrastructure at our Celebration, Florida office. This role will be the primary point of contact for all local IT-related issues, ensuring our technology systems' smooth and efficient operation. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, security best practices, and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities:

- Provide first and second-level technical support to onsite employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer workstations, laptops, printers, peripherals, and other end-user devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within Active Directory and Microsoft Azure AD.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, including LAN, WLAN, and VPN.
- Maintain and support local network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls (under the guidance of the corporate IT team).
- Ensure the security and integrity of local IT systems and data, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including software updates, patching, and backups.
- Assist with the administration and support of our Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Manage and maintain local and cloud-based backup systems to ensure data integrity and recoverability.
- Support and administer our SharePoint environment for document management and collaboration.
- Assist with the implementation and support of new IT projects and initiatives, potentially involving Microsoft Azure services.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
- Document IT procedures, solutions, and troubleshooting steps, aligning with ITIL 4 principles where applicable.
- Collaborate effectively with the corporate IT team on escalated issues and strategic projects.
- Provide basic training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics, including Microsoft 365 and SharePoint best practices.
- Manage relationships with local IT vendors as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
