Required Qualifications:
- Southern Nazarene University is an expression of the Church of the Nazarene. - Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience (3-5 years professional level experience in Human Resources)
- A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities may be considered.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with employee records and information.
- The ability to read, comprehend, and disseminate campus policies and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in the entry of data.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, accounting, business or related area, or equivalent work experience.
- Previous Human Resources experience.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software, such as Paycom.
Supervision Received:
- Receives supervision and work assignments from the Human Resources Director, although other staff members in the unit may provide work direction.
Supervision Exercised:
- May be responsible for the coordination of work assignments for student employees.
