Required Qualifications:
- Southern Nazarene University is an expression of the Church of the Nazarene. - An understanding of the importance of diversity, inclusion and equity.\Preferred Master’s degree in Instructional Design or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of developing and delivering best practices in online and blended learning.
- Experience in developing and redesigning fully online and blended courses.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and Learning Management Systems.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish department and university goals.
- Ability to work well independently and remotely.
- A personal commitment to the Lordship of Jesus Christ and to the mission and core values of the Church of the Nazarene.
Supervision Received:
Receives supervision and work assignments from a designated supervisor, although other staff members in the unit may provide work direction.
Supervision Exercised:
May be responsible for the coordination of work assignments for student employees or interns.
