- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferredÂ
- Previous experience within financial industry a plus; desire to work in financial investment industry
- Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook, Salesforce desired
- Candidate for CFA charter preferred
- Reliable, organized and goal-oriented
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment
- Ability to work independently and be self-directed
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
