Our HQ office in Torrance, CA is hiring a Marketing Content Manager.  The Marketing Content Manager will have a passion for financial storytelling and a solid foundation in wealth management. This role is ideal for a former advisor, planner, or finance professional who wants to transition into a creative and collaborative marketing career—especially someone who is intellectually curious, eager to grow, and energized by learning new approaches to engaging clients. You will be responsible for transforming complex financial concepts and advisor insights into clear, compelling, and client-friendly content. You’ll partner closely with financial advisors, subject matter experts, and the Marketing Leadership Team to ensure all materials are aligned with the firm’s service philosophy and client expectations. In addition, you’ll collaborate with the Marketing Services team—including graphic designers and project managers—to bring high-impact, visually engaging deliverables to life. Your work will directly support client education, business development, and brand consistency across the client lifecycle. Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of delivering excellent client service, with exceptional organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. You will join a team of dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused professionals who are focused on delivering on our founding core values: Integrity, Entrepreneurial, Inclusion and Connection.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 plus annual bonusÂ

Responsibilities:Â
- Develop content that supports the full client journey—from prospecting and onboarding to education and long-term engagement.
- Translate technical topics such as tax planning, retirement strategies, estate planning, and investments into accessible, engaging narratives for various audiences.
- Ensure all content reflects a deep understanding of client needs and the firm’s client experience standards.
- Partner with advisors and internal experts to gather insights, source ideas, and validate accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with the Client Experience team to align content with service delivery moments, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Marketing Services team (graphic designers, digital specialists, and project managers) to develop polished, on-brand deliverables.
- Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative planning efforts across teams.
- Produce and refine brochures, sales presentations, client-facing one-pagers, pitch decks, web copy, and educational resources.
- Help maintain a centralized library of up-to-date marketing materials.
- Support firmwide initiatives with content contributions, including campaigns, events, and thought leadership.
