What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required; business or finance preferred.
- 20+ years of experience in wealth management, including leadership and advisor-facing roles.
- CFP® designation or willingness to obtain.
- A passion for coaching and developing financial advisors.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment strategy, and client service excellence.
- Experience working with high net worth and ultra high net worth clients and prospects with varying degrees of complexity.
- Proven track record of driving growth through business development, team leadership, and talent management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence, motivate, and collaborate.
- Highly organized and execution-oriented, with a strategic mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and best practices in advisor compliance and operations.
